Testimonials

"When I first came to this school, I was struggling with a severe attitude problem. I wasn’t happy about having to come either. It was a bit of a struggle at first to adjust to the normal work because they push the students hard to learn. It is easier for teachers to push students because the classes are smaller than an average school, allowing for a lot more 1-on-1 type teaching with the students and being able to focus on what students individually need in the classroom. As for my attitude, according to my parents, there was an immediate shift in how I was acting, and I would put the blame on the continuous Christ-centered environment that is present. What probably helps the most is the teachers’ amazing diligence and dedication to the school and every single student that comes in the door."

I grew up in public school until I was 16. I felt like in middle school, that I had to be Jesus to my depressed friends. I was tired of being alone in my faith and not able to express it and let it out to spread. When I came to CTKCA, I was able to breath, letting go, and making connections with people who actually noticed me. A testimony I have, is in January 2017, I had brain surgery for an aneurism. CTKCA, family and church prayed the hardest out of anyone. I am so very grateful for God putting me where I am and for the people who care about you no matter who you are.

"This is my first year at CTKCA and so far, I’m enjoying it. My classes are not boring, and I like my teachers, Mr. and Mrs. Kahl. The food is awesome. Most of all, I like our Literature class. Right now, we’re reading The Count of Monte Cristo. It’s a long book but I’m enjoying it and can’t wait to finish it."

~ Janissa Rockstad, High School Student ~

"With CTKCA, it has strengthened my faith beyond measure. It has given me proof that Jesus rose from the dead, the Bible is reliable and true, God is right and true, and that Christianity is true. It has also taught me how to live correctly as to how God would tell me how to live a righteous life. If it wasn’t for CTKCA, I probably wouldn’t have been as nice, Christian, and a good example at home. I’m very grateful that God has blessed me by letting me come to this school."
